Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is November 1 – November 30!

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review your medical benefit plan choices. If you wish to stay with your current coverage, you do not need to take any action. If you want to change your coverage for 2027, you must submit an enrollment form by November 30. Remember, this is the one time a year you can make changes to your benefits without a Qualifying Life Event!

If you don’t need to make changes, you are done! If you would like to make changes, continue to step 3.

3

Download and complete the form

Download the enrollment form here. Fill in your name, current medical plan, the medical plan you would like to change to, and member ID (or SSN). Date and sign the form.

4

Submit the form

You can submit your filled out form through email, fax, or mail. Make sure you send it in before November 30, 2026!

Qualifying Life Events

Qualifying Life Events include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, and loss of health insurance coverage.

Qualifying Life Events are significant life events that allow individuals to make changes to their health insurance coverage outside of the regular enrollment period. If you experience a Qualifying Life Event, you will need to complete a Beneficiary and Census Card within 30 days of the event.
